While I was walking, I stopped and I thought, About how all the police and firefighters fought.
Heroes and angels, from all over they came, Fighting the horrible screeching flame.
With ash on their faces, like dark cloudy masks. They went in the towers with hopes that would last.
Religion, nationality, gender. or race, None of these mattered in this special case.
their legs were rockets when they ran up the tower, Carrying wounded people with Superman power.
and now although our two brothers don't stand, We know we're united through love in the land.
